Doug Hirlinger is a percussionist and composer based in Philadelphia. His work through the last 25+ years has reflected an array of interests and disciplines including interfacing drums and laptop, jazz traditions, ambient vibraphone improvisations, algorithmic composition, and preoccupation with repetition and sonic artifacts. He has performed throughout the United States and Europe.
