Walden is an independent music producer based in South East Asia. Inspired by legendary producers (Nujabes, J Dilla) and by some more recent artists (Stlndrms, FKJ, L.Dre ...), he blends hip-hop grooves and chill instrumentals, resulting in a laid-back and relaxing experience. His musical journey brought him from playing the guitar to now becoming a complete music producer. Since 2022, Walden started releasing tracks with different labels of the LoFi Hip Hop scene : Brunch Collect ; Lofi Munk Music ; Lakeside Collective ; Chilled Cat ; Vinyl Digital ; Exotico Records ; Clovr Records ; ChillhopGuruRecords ; Lifted Lofi Records. In January 2023, his single Motorbike and Coconut - released with Kanimayo - had him featured on the notorious Spotiy Editorial Playlist lofi beats . This enabled him to reach more listeners and pass the million streams within the same year. This year, Walden has already been releasing 4 singles including 2 collaborations with ShawnThebeat and Damn Stargazers. His next release will be on August 12th. Named "Wrap", it is a collaboration with Steve's Job that will be supported by the label ChillhopGuruRecords.
