Born in Vietnam, Plainview Kiet moved to the U.S. at the age of of 7 and has lived in Wichita, Kansas since. Although living in the U.S., Kiet wants the opportunity to be an influence, record, and perform in Vietnam. Plainview has been perfecting his craft for over 15 years with influences such as 50 Cent, Future, Ye, and Drake. The Vietnamese artist's music is a product of unfortunate circumstances & deep pains. The person Plainview became is more than portrayed through his music, rather lived. Despite his struggles, Kiet has managed to stay original and maintained his identity. He is not defined by the street politics, but rather a man of respect, principles, and his own morales.
