Royal Haunts is the solo project of Pittsburgh born, Brooklyn based singer/songwriter/producer and DJ Anthony Resch. Resch began writing music at the age of 12 after being taught the fundamentals of blues and pop guitar by his father. Raised on Bob Marley & The Wailers, Prince, Joni Mitchell, and countless others, Resch began developing a musical world of his own, where infectious grooves blend harmoniously with rich poetry. Singles such as "Purple Light", "Pleasure!", and "God Sound" don't just invite the listener into the beautiful world of Royal Haunts, but also showcase Resch's masterfully holistic approach to production and songwriting. After releasing a trilogy of EP's, Resch found himself performing alongside friend and collaborator Joshua Orange as Pink Camo. Everything the Light Touches (ETLT), the duo's monthly residency at Pittsburgh's Cobra, continues to sell out by delivering exhilarating performances and world class original music. Throughout its year and a half of operation, ETLT has hosted renowned acts such as Derrick Carter, GEOTHEORY, and DJ Moma. 2023 will see the release of Royal Haunts' full-length debut while both Resch and ETLT set their sights on expansion.
