One Peace was born in Colorado and currently resides in LA. He draws a lot of his inspiration from classic 90’s hip hop as well as current artists from TDE, Pro Era, and A$AP. Heavy 808’s and Boom Bap style sampling paired with self reflective social commentary gives his music a gritty rawness that is true to his experience.
