Born on September 22, 1996, in Amsterdam, the most gifted artist in the Netherlands has recently been awarded two Edison Awards in 2023: Best Album and Best Hip Hop. This recognition comes as a result of his musical accomplishments, including his recent album "Bae Doven," which intertwines classical and hip-hop music, as well as his inspiring story of deafness. Given the nickname "Black Beethoven," sor is a multi-talented artist who not only writes and composes music but also performs as a rapper, producer, actor, and conductor of his own (s)orchestra. 
 sor is a signed artist at music label Noah's Ark, Universal Music. sor is not only responsible for vocals but also for a big part of his productions. 
 After two successful EP's ('Phonak and Professor') sor recently released his debut album Bae Doven. On his new album sor combined Classical music and Hip Hop. As a part of his project Bae Doven sor also released a short music film that was nominated by Dutch Film Festival. In early 2022, sor gained widespread recognition after winning the Dutch TV-show "Maestro," a conducting program featuring famous Dutch artists, which had an average of 2.2 million viewers. sor also sold out the Dutch concert hall (Concertgebouw) with his own sorchestra consisting of 58 orchestra members. In 2022 sor performed on the main stage of the Woo-Hah x Rolling Loud Festival with his sorchestra.
