The first appearance of TESTA was in 1998 with the demo-tape "La musica del diavolo," entirely produced by Testa in his home studio. With the second chapter, “TESTA - Bornagained" (1999, CD), Xuli’o (Rossano Zinico) and Balistica join the project contributing by performing and helping produce the album. Xuli’o brings a lot of dance and house vibrations, Balistica gives to the trio his experience as a sound engineer and musician. In early 2001 Now (a free association) was formed having produced in the mean time “TESTA – Flower Power” (CD) and the web site TESTAmusic.it. Eclectics are the productions and contributions between 2002 and 2005 under the label of TESTAmusic. In The year 2006, “Toys’n’Blues,” the new album by TESTA, was released on the web. From 2006 to date TESTA has been producing some singles ("The Big Black Bug" amongst them) and covers and collaborating in the development of various musical projects. In 2012 the band named TESTA & The Jewish Princesses was formed to play live and record some tracks from the old repertory and produce new ones.
