Serigio Novaes is a rare find. Born in Angola, he now lives in Brazil where he produces eclectic pop-roots music, known as Electro Bossa, and he´s also the first to fuse MPB with African Afrobeats, setting the whole thing alight with groovy, driving dance beats. A loving and musical family helped as well. Artists like Aracy Carvalho, Rhythmic Control and Space Afro helped to seal what today is his own personal style.
