Through music, art, conversation, relationship, a healthy lifestyle & physical fitness I focus on bettering the individual's mental health. Having bi-polar disorder & other mental health issues that stem from it I know what it is like. I use music to show my love for God & His Son, to show you that even we struggle like you struggle, & to exclaim how it is only by grace I am here. Gun to the head, knife to the wrist along with the constant struggle with suicidal ideation I’ve been there & sometimes I return from time to time, but I won’t let it keep me in bondage.
