Olufunmilola Adams, popularly known as Lola Adams, is a Nigerian artist hailing from the west. She graduated with a Bsc in Political Science from the University of Ilorin and although she was born in Lagos, she still lives there today. From being a member of numerous choirs at secondary school to professional musician in 2020, Lola has had quite a journey. 2020 she released an EP titled ‘Not a fan’ with yhung switch and featured Zinoleesky in her song ‘Let you go’. On the 27th February her debut single ‘No Time’ was released which coincidentally happened to be her late mother's birthday - this song was specifically dedicated to her. She describes her genre as 'alté soul' as lover of soft music and sweet rhythms, Lola Adams images a brand where natural finesse meets simplicity.
