Grimey MicPol has released 4 free mixtapes featuring songs from a wide variation of genres. Including '2020 Vision' in 2015 which highlighted the versatility of flows on different tempos. Originally coming up the ranks in the UK Grime scene, 'Grimey MicPol' has pro-dominantly fought his way through to make his presence known. Attending radio sets on stations such as Rinse FM, BBC 1xtra, Radar Radio, Silk City, Don City + more whilst building connections all around the UK. After performing local shows & finding his way to the stage of Grime originals & Eskimo dance plus featuring on @bignarstie 's base society mixtape, Grimey has gone on to release 2 EP's independently featuring beats from Vinny Tristano & Deeks. at the end of 2018 'Michael Polden' released a animated visual to a song called 'think too much' the same name as the actual EP which featured 'Boy Better Know's' '@wiley'. Along the way Polden has Caught the attention of blogs such as RWD magazine, Dummy Mag & Vice. Over the years Grimey has spoke about the day to day struggles he has overcome & other everyday life experiences with a high aptitude of wordplay & catchy hooks. Although Grimey works on a variety of production styles he somehow manages keep his characteristics & identity throughout with a very distinctive tone of voice.
