Luca Ferraris is a singer-songwriter, composer, pianist, drummer, percussionist and multi-instrumentalist. Born in Pordenone (Italy) in 1980. Ferraris has released four albums: "Un Passante" (2008), "Viaggi senza ritornello" (2012), “Sorridenti senza denti” (2015) and “La pressione dei Bar” (2018). Ferraris sings with gracious, direct, poetic, ironic and sincere sympathy, about the pains, joys and dignity of human beings living at all latitudes which he has first-hand knowledge of. He captures the reality of everyday life, often hard, cruel and threatened by the impersonal aspects of the so-called progress. His style condemns, entertains, seduces and makes one think. From 2016 is the Mexican stay accompanied by new musical contaminations and multiple collaborations. Among these, the production of the single “Saverio” arranged and performed together with well-known musicians of Oaxaca including composers Babboo and Marco Buonamico but above all the meeting with the renowned CECAM music school, establishment of the indigenous community Mixe di Tlahuitoltepec and pride of the state of Oaxaca. This meeting produced the single "El rudo". Ferraris' music is influenced by a variety of different genres: from Traditional Italian music to Latin American, Cuban, Klezmer, Balkan, from Jazz, Swing, Italian folk to traditional Gypsy folk and, last but not least, his pieces draw inspiration from traditional Arab and Neapolitan music .
