King Kami (born Ryan Williams) is a Connecticut born, Florida/Georgia raised Indie Hip Hop artist who brings you an original sound, transparency through genuine lyrics, and a fresh delivery as he fills listeners in on how he came up aiming to inspire through his music. “Kami” comes from his favorite word since a jit “Kamikaze”, which was the name given to the Japanese fighter pilots during Pearl Harbor. He applies their “suicide missions” concept to life being the same way for minorities, more specifically, black people.. He also created an acronym: KAMI = Kings Always Manifest Inspiration!
