Miles Louis is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. Playing percussion since he was 11 years old, it was decided early that music would be his tool of self expression. By 16 his voice became his favorite drum. Inspired by icons such as Quincy Jones, Sean Carter, and Tom Joyner, Miles aspires to build a brand bigger than himself. He leads the multimedia music collective “N.O.R.” as President. As an artist, Miles Louis flows freely over percussively packed production. His new album “Stuck on the Couch” gives his millennial perspective on his transition to adulthood. The album touches matters such as love, heartbreak, politics, societal norms, cultural indifferences, community progression, and mental health.
