Born and raised in Houston, TX. Daniel Socarras AKA DanOtheSyco (pronounced: Dan•O•The•Psycho) was only 13 years old when cancer took 1 of his big brothers, RIP Krazy. This person was the first influence to DanO's rapping career, being that the first time DanOtheSyco heard a freestyle rap came from his big brother, Krazy, on the way to a family function. Raised mostly in the Aldine area of NorthEast Houston. At the age of 13 he fell deep into music from Motown to Tejano to Classic Rock to Country to Rap. His musical and lyrical influences include H.A.W.K., Pimp C, South Park Mexican, The Notorious B.I.G., Wu-Tang Clan, N.W.A., Snoop Dogg, 2Pac, The Temptations, Michael Jackson, Bobby Womack, The Gap Band, Ramon Ayala Y Sus Bravos Del Norte, Gary Hobbs, Journey, Lynyrd Skynyrd, George Strait, and alot more.
