So he took time off, just with the occasional freestyle to him going. Until a chance meeting with up and coming emcees Joe Good & Godemis. They formed "Qui-Lo (The Enemy)". Eventually their razor sharp wordplay, caught the attention of D.V.S. Mindz and “No Coast Records”. Which resulted in receiving a record deal in 1999, but 8 months after getting their deal, and completing their self titled debut album. The group disbanded, leaving Frame’s life at a stand-still. Meanwhile he adopted a new passion, producing. It then became his mission to be the best and start taking respect, since nobody wanted to give it to him.
