Born and raised in São Paulo, PJ Sessions (a.k.a Raphael Almeida), began his journey through music at the age of 15, when he grabbed his first pair of drumsticks. After diving into the world of rhythm, it was in college that PJ began to compose and do sound design. Making his first compositions and SFX's to movies and video games. After years being a part of the dance floor in clubs, PJ soon started producing and composing in his own House style. Peggy Gou, DJ Boring, Charlotte de witte, and many others are strong references in PJ Session's work. PJ Sessions presents in his tracks not only musicality, but also, profound senses for quality work. His journey through powerful sound design and melodies, that construct a profound sense of danceability through the minimalistic elements in his music.
