Lex Lakaiser, originally from Burlington, North Carolina, was born to a father who played bass and mother who sang in a well known choir. Being born into musical family, talent came naturally to him. Being involved with music since a young boy Lex has became a great song writer, rapper, singer, and overall performer. At 18, Lex Lakaiser decided to serve his country in the U.S.Army. This took him to foreign places and he was able to continue making music. His music career really took off overseas, making his mark in Hanau, Germany. After the soldiers he arrived with had left overseas, Lex hung around and began to build relationships with the Biggest DJ's in the Hip Hop Industry there. This also earned him a monthly spot on the Biggest Hip Hop Radio station in the Hessen area; Planet Radio on "Planet Black Beats. He was a slash artist before it was cool to be a rapper that could sing. While in Germany for 10+ years Lex Lakaiser toured and opened for many well-known artists. He not only performed but also wrote for other mainstream artists. Today, he is back in the states and still making noise on the underground hip hop scene. Lex Lakaiser has made some connections with the very legends he grew up listening to and is always working on a new album. Lately, Lex Lakaiser is just focused on producing music that people can relate to and want to hear, Both as Lex Lakaiser and one-half of the #SplashBrothaz, a duo he formed with his younger brother in 2020.
