From the beginning, music was a positive part of my life. For me, music was and continues to be synonymous with passion. This passion transferred to me from my father who held an enormous collection of vinyl records and CDs from many different genres. My father crafted his passion in his spare time and would provide DJ services for family parties. He knew how to fill a room with a positive energy that inspired people to dance and feel the music. Watching him skillfully cater to and inspire his audience, inspired me to learn music. Music became the bond that strengthened and grew our relationship as father and son. Together, we visited record stores, studied different groups, genres, and styles. I began my own record collection and shadowed my father so that I could learn how to select records and mix songs. My inspiration comes from listening to a wide array of genres including Caribbean & world music, hip-hop, classical, dance, R&B, and more. Another source of inspiration comes from attending concerts. It is exciting to see, hear, and feel the music come alive. Going to concerts of artists I admire is one of the greatest joys in my world. Today, in 2020, I am ready and eager to share my music! Like my father, my aspiration is to create music that will fill the world with positive energy, create passion, and get people dancing. My dream is to inspire individuals, like you, the same way my father inspired me. Inspiring others musically is my aim, my passion, my life.
