The question of “Who are you” is one of the main things influencing Baka's art. Born Brandon Grier in the little Georgia town of Austell, Baka always struggled to find what made him different. Comparison and inadequacy are two of his main obstacles. And he doesn’t shy away from showing it in his music. Baka! first started creating when he was in the 7th grade. Inspired by SoundCloud and Meme rappers(hence the origin of the name Baka!).
