Southern Louisiana has always been a wellspring of musical prowess. The thick musical culture creates an arena for the creation of new, innovative music. This is the locale from which Darian Avery, more commonly known as Dubba D., was molded. 
 A metal drummer since the age of 12, Darian was consistently tracking drums in studio. This constant exposure to the studio sparked an interest in music production and recording bands that was insatiable. The exploration of this interest led to an in-depth study of the production and recording of music. In the midst of this pursuit, Darian also discovered northern European electronic music and the art of DJing. What was once a hobby fueled by curiosity is now a full-blown musical endeavor. 
 Dubba D. is a conglomerate of infernal melodies and heavy, neck-breaking bass lines. Taking inspiration from heavy bass artists such as SVDDEN DEATH, Marauda, EMORFIK, Ray Volpe, PHASEONE, and Kai Wachi, as well as incorporating elements from his metal roots, you can always count on Dubba D. to deliver something heavy. Dubba D. has been support for many well renowned artists, including Phiso, Spag Heddy, Kavion, Rated R, Bainbridge, Trollphace, and Krimer. He has played across the gulf south and has also played Home Bass in 2022 and 2023.
