Il Wedding Kollektiv was born in 2017 from an idea of ​​Alessandro Denni, former author, arranger and producer in the historic Roman band of Gronge, as well as in Sona, Goah and other projects. After writing about twenty songs between 2017 and 2018, Alessandro proposes them to some old companions: Tiziana Lo Conte (unmistakable voice in Gronge, Goah and currently in Roseluxx), Claudio Moneta (guitarist and composer, among the various projects, in Goah and Roseluxx) and Inke Kühl (violinist, saxophonist and Berlin performer, also for many years in Gronge). The pieces are selected, arranged, produced and, in January 2021, BRODO is released, the group's first work that gets unexpected and warm attention from music critics and the public. The collective - which operates between Berlin, Rome and Turin - enthusiastic about the welcome received by BRODO, in the second half of 2021 gets to work to make the next releases. The first, presented here, is called Il Wedding Kollektiv & female friends play SOUP: the cd is composed of remixes of BRODO's songs, commissioned to female Italian musicians known and appreciated by the collective in the last period, and a new instrumental piece at the end of the tracklist. The release of the new album is expected by the end of this year, and it will be a real surprise in every sense: format, graphics, music production.
