Courtney Berry is a singer/songwriter who was born and raised in East New York and has lived throughout Brooklyn New York . She wanted to create music from a young age , including penning her first song at 3. 
 Her unwavering ambition as a singer has led her to be discovered by Slique Records founder and owner Lighthou5e while singing at an open mic. The two have developed a synergistically creative partnership and have since recorded many songs.
