Self taught musician with technological attention to detail. Filip Kaczmarek believes that every note has a perfect place in musical composition. The role of the artist is to spot these correlations and to align them together perfectly to create brand new entity. Filip’s productions used to have a very distinct percussion line signature - easy to spot, easy to remember. One would say that percussion was Filip’s trademark. This is where ID Ensemble steps in. It is is one of few projects which Filip runs in parallel although this one is heavily influenced by Berlin sound exports. It was created as an expression of the need to break from the pattern, escape from the trademark. The fact that Zielona Gora, where Filip is from, is so close to Berlin is the obvious reason here but it’s also definitely one the best reasons to have. Is it a coincidence then? Seems not. First few tracks produced under ID Ensemble moniker were signed really quickly. Collab with Tanzlife has also been signed before it actually was ready to be demoed to labels. “Too quick” one would say - “Really? ” would be the answer but… hear it yourself. You will say why it’s not “too quick”.
