My name’s Maurice McKisset, I go by Reese, & my stage name is ReeseDaDon. I was born in Baltimore MD but was raised in Edgewood MD, lived there since birth. Lived in a home full of siblings & a very strong single mother, I wouldn’t take anything from how she raised us. I was the problem child but after a while, I started to put my frustrations, pain, love, etc.. on paper. I been writing music since 9th grade. I started with love songs; I use to sing but I knew that wasn’t my path. In 2016 I started rapping and since then I been progressing and learning more about my sound, my music, & myself. Studying different aspects of music and making sure everything lines up. I have 2 beautiful daughters & the love the give me helps with making great music. My goal is to build in this & keep expanding, the sky’s the limit. Everything takes time and practice makes perfect.
