Hola! This is Joan-Pau Chaves, a versatile musician who, apart from playing the piano, has done various jobs as a musical director, arranger, producer and teacher. Possibly known for his collaborations on television and radio and also for being a musician in the pop group Els Pets, I now present this songbook called Cançons de Fi de Segle. A particular piano revision with a minimalist texture reminiscent of Erik Satie, Frederic Mompou or Joep Beving of the popular soundtrack in Catalonia focused on the last 15 years of the twentieth century.
