Sleeping on Stardust is a one person Cybergrind/Nintendocore band from Rochester, Minnesota. Started by Bootsy in 2022 as a reboot of a MySpace cybergrind project he started in 2006. SoS combines cybergrind, nintendocore, metalcore, and various other genres in an experimental blend meant to evoke feelings of nostlagia and hopelessness punctuated by moments of humor. Fans of Sleeping on Stardust are referred to as the "SoS Brigade", an allusion to the anime "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya". SoS is often joined by R&B artist ramona cuervo (https://ramonacuervo.bandcamp.com/track/goddess-on-the-throne-feat-imminosus), either on recordings or during live shows. All instruments, vocals, mixing and mastering handled by Bootsy (unless stated otherwise). Bootsy is also the mastering engineer for Big Money Cybergrind
