caco (he/she/they) is a multi-instrumentalist producer and songwriter from a suburb you've thankfully never heard of. a jazz saxophonist by force and a vocalist at heart, their new solo effort gracefully walks the spectrum between alternative-r&b, hyperpop, and core. following years of questionable soloing in early morning ensemble, barely conscious hip-hop recordings, and a life steeped in the afro-caribbean tradition, caco has formed a sound as unique as the wrinkles in their spliffs. everyone's have them, but these? these are hers. the artists namesake is their father's nickname, signifying their familial roots in music. she released part one of the patchnotes trilogy in june 2024 after a few long, smoky years of writing in her bedroom. their second part of their second ep is slated to drop in autumn 2024. also plays saxophone for the Jhariah & nightlife live outfits
