Born on the island of Oahu, out of the poverty stricken projects of Kuhio Park Terrace, a young usoxcane better known as “Huro” to family and friends alike was raised in a God fearing,Fa’a Sāmoa cultural and musical household. Over the years his family would move to northern California in the Bay Area and moved again a few years later to Fresno.On October 3rd 2000,tragedy struck as his mother La’u Sosefina Tafa Mailo would pass away due to medical conditions.The sudden loss & memory of his mother would live on through her 5 sons(C.A.L.E.B). The different influence of music from constantly moving at a young age were the likes of Motown legends The Temptations , The Jackson 5, Prince , to the ghetto gospels of Nate Dogg , Mac Dre , E-40 and 2Pac just to name a few.His style would evolve as he got older & would move again to Southern California in the gritty streets of South East San Diego. It was here in 2009 where he would meet mentor,friend and producer the late Ronald PusaTerry “T-Dawg” Lutau who would mold him into the versatile and melodic artist he is today.usoxcane would officially make his debut in summer 2020 with the song he featured on “Mo Money” produced by JahJah Beenks that went recognized all around the world. In 2021 he dropped singles “Miss You”,Guidance & featured on “Foes”.So far in 2022 he’s dropped multiple singles Same Ones,Right Now &Break Bread being highlighted out of the 6 he’s dropped.Stay tuned as he will keep delivering more content this year.
