Ga’vontae Sanders, better known as A1 Racks was born in Selma, AL. He was raised in the GWC Homes, a housing project on Selma’s East Side. He gained local prominence throughout his hometown due to the release of a few singles like “My Life Intro”, “Party All Night”, “WYD”, & due to his debut mixtape “Misunderstood”. Racks is currently independent. Although he’s from a town that has a small population of only 16,900+ residents with minor resources, he’s definitely on his way to reaching worldwide success in due time due to his diversity, delivery, creative work ethic & passion.
