Two French ladies : Élise and Emma. Stuck in the south of the Netherlands, they decided to put Noord Braband on fire by scouring the nightlife as two giggling turkeys. One late night, Elise got inspired : « there’s a gig in a month, what about going on stage? » They picked their instruments, went cold turkey to the mic and have never stopped since ! With songs made out of love, honesty, sexuality and fun. From: Élise was trained as a classical piano player. She’s influenced by the rock and indie scene and her love for electronic music. Emma started independently playing guitare, inspired by the rythm of pop rock music, rap and RnB. Together they create a unique sound by blending these influences with singer-songwriter creations and theatrical urges. Inspirations: Velvet Underground, Keren Ann, White Lies are some of the names that Élise will take as inspiring artists, while Emma will name Fall Out Boys, Dr Dre or Stromae as reference in music inspiration. The first song they ever sang together was from Edith Piaf, an artist they both admire for her intensity and love for life.
