Cyantist is a Dutch Progressive Techno project by Igor Dolfing, his sound revolves around driving beats, deep basslines and uplifting melodies that create an adrenaline driven experience. Within his musical compositions lies the art of storytelling, where each song weaves a narrative that captivates the listeners' imagination and emotions. Eager not to repeat himself, Cyantist is always on a mission to continuously discover new innovative sounds suitable for the dancefloor. Cyantist's journey is garnished with milestones such as releases on Pursuit Recordings, Awen and Nova Collective, airplay on Dutch radio SLAM.FM, and collaborations with an array of artists, including KOROLOVA, Ruben de Ronde, Jochem Hamerling, Rob Hes, Zieze and Oësha. Adding to these accomplishments, Ruben de Ronde featured Cyantist's song as the opening track for A State of Trance 2024, further spotlighting Cyantist's growing influence in the music scene. As a composer he likes to explore the progressive outskirts of the musical landscape. Collaborations with Danheim, who is known for the soundtracks of the popular Netflix series ‘Vikings’ and Playstation game ‘Assassin’s Creed’. Working with hiphop legends Dope D.O.D and Bizarre by producing their beats and techno remixes. Cyantist’s work has garnered support from globally acclaimed artists such as Adriatique, Joris Voorn, 8Kays, Eelke Kleijn, KOROLOVA, Ruben de Ronde and Rebüke, marking him as a notable figure in the music industry.
