Musician, educator, author, and poet, Jordon Stanley is one of the most in demand drummers and percussionist in the Maryland, Eastern Shore area today. Starting at the age of 9, Jordon began reading music, playing in the marching band, jazz band, concert band, and his home church from 5th grade to the conclusion of high school. As he reflects on the sounds of his childhood growing up in the small town of Preston Maryland, Bony James, Marcus Miller, Wayman Tisdale, Al Jarreau and many others are the most memorable. After graduating high school Jordon spent two semesters at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), studied music education, he then began traveling, and networking. Jordon has worked with artist such as Princess Lee, Kentavius Jones, Blackwater, Del Florida, The Front Porch Orchestra, Jay Bratten, Kaneisha "Neecee" Trott, Larry Daniels, The WillMBand, Skribe, Jessie Marie, Clarence Ward iii & Dat Feel Good, Jake Ruth, The Delmarva Big Band, Heartside, Anthony "Chip" Bailey, Everett Young & Endeavor, and a number of acoustic duo's, and musical theatre productions.
