With over a decade of development and music creation, 28 year old Billy Bi$hop is ready to take on the whole industry. Born in Congo but raised in Calgary (Canada), Billy has spent the past two years perfecting his performance sets and his musical styling to present to the world. Between 2017 and 2019 Billy has released five projects (IDMT$, Circa ’94, Rare Behavior, Compliments & T.R.a.P.). His latest release has caught attention across the province of Alberta, garnering positive reviews from numerous Canadian outlets. Billy’s ability to produce and write his own music is not the only thing that sets him a part from the rest. As a young artist his mandate to give back to the youth of today has led to the creation of “SWYL (Study What You’re Learning)” a youth program focused in creative programming for youth in his home town of Calgary, Alberta.
