Avik Ganguly is an Indian Musician/ Composer. He works as a solo Pianist, he plays keyboards for bands and artists and he works as a composer and arranger as well. Avik has been playing for live shows since 2006 and he has been producing music for Short films, advertisements, singles and albums for many many artists for many years. He has toured immensely to play and learn musical genres from Indian Classical, Bollywood, Bengali (Regional), Western Classical, World Fusion across India and Abroad as well. He has produced music for "FAAGUN" with his band Vedatronics which got special mention in DADASAHEB FALKE AWARD, which is the highest in Indian Award. He has also produced music for Zee Bangla ad brands like IDEE, Image Eyewear, Metro Shoes and many others. He published his first album in June 2020. This piano based Instrumental Album is called ' MY JOURNEY WITH EBONY AND IVORY" and two tracks got place in a prestigious SPOTIFY EDITORIAL PLAYLIST called "INDIE INSTRUMENTALS" along with legends like Pt. Ravishankar, Pt, Hariprasad Chaurasia, Pt. Viswamohan Bhatt, Karsh Kale, Anoushka Shankar, Prasanna, A. R. Rahman and more great artists. He has plans to release more instrumentals.
