Coming from a small town in northern Michigan, JennyKat’s (Jenny Katherine Collins) musical journey started as a child taking years of piano lessons. Throughout her eventual engineering studies and subsequent pivot to a tattoo career, she was always drawn to write songs on the piano as a form of expression and release. Her passion for writing eventually led to singing in 2016 and then she dove into electronic production starting in 2019. Based in Atlanta today, she enjoys combining her singer/songwriter elements with bass-heavy electronic production. Her performances transcend genres with soft and pretty melodies, loud dirty bass, and live vocals that complement and emphasize the emotion in her music and performances.
