HNRO has consistently carved out a unique space in both the IRL and URL scenes he actively engages with. His collaborative efforts within the burgeoning London Underground scene, including Ryoko Virgil, Kibo, Lucy Tun, and Jawnino, have received support from notable figures such as DJ Target, Jammz Supernova, Tash LC, and Mo Ayoub on platforms like BBC Radio 1 Xtra and Kiss FM. It's also worth noting his contributions to the French scene, with production credits on tracks with Lala &ce and Winnterzuko. HNRO's involvement in internet club culture since 2015, when he joined Merci Jitter – the imprint of his best friend and close collaborator, Daniel Ness – has resulted in several noteworthy releases. Their compilations and original releases have been featured in publications like Clash Magazine, Coeval, and Complex (this also led to a collaboration with respected alt-rap figure ROME FORTUNE). Additionally, HNRO's inclusion in the Parisian label's compilation, Promesses Vol. 2, alongside artists such as Brodinski, Slikback, and BEARCAT, received support from Tash LC on NTS. Despite his achievements, as a perpetual over-thinker, HNRO grappled with self-doubt, hindering his ability to define his sound and connect with others. This sense of directionlessness drove him to immerse himself in his creative process, explore new sounds, and gain the confidence to produce his debut EP, “Club Sans Cible'' (Club Sensible), set to release on the 30th of November.
