Chase Asé draws from his extensive life experience to create a soundtrack for every aspect of his upbringing. The 23-year-old’s dark, and ambient sound has a heartfelt grit to speak to the masses. Chase approaches his craft from a holistic angle, delivering a sensory experience with each track, effortlessly blending fundamentals and new wave creativity. No two songs are the same. Born in Brooklyn, New York on September 20th, 1994, Chase was one of four children raised by a single mother. Due to his father being absent due to a life sentence, Chase often found himself moving from place to place for a majority of his childhood. Spending time between Baltimore, New York, Harlem, Queens &amp; Long Island, his musical influences range from Lil Wayne to Phil Collins. Naturally, Chase fell in love with his ability to write at age 11, using his pen as a way to create a safe haven away from the harsh realities surrounding him. All throughout high school, Chase continued to hone in on his skills as an artist, by writing and battle rapping fellow classmates and artists. At age 17, Chase was uprooted from his home due to various hardships and was forced to live with his grandmother in the notorious Brevoort Houses, in Bed Stuy Brooklyn.
