Born and bred in this vibrant city, King Reggie’s passion for music was evident from an early age, a passion that would eventually shape his future in ways he couldn’t anticipate. At the tender age of 19, King Reggie’s life took a drastic turn. He was convicted of robbery and gun charges, a conviction that led to a challenging stint in the Florida prison system. However, even during these dark times, music remained a beacon of hope. As he exercised in the prison’s recreation yard, he wrote music – a creative outlet that provided solace and kept his dreams alive. Upon his release in 2017, at the age of 21, King Reggie wasted no time in pursuing his passion. He dove headfirst into the studio, creating and releasing music that resonated with listeners.
