Daniel Fagerström and Luciano Leiva, two figures from the Stockholm music scene, started recording together as Weirdest Dream in 2016 with only a notion that they wanted to creating music being the extension of their mutual obsession with playing 45 rpm singles on 33 rpm. The initial slowed down result was a mix of Kosmiche, New Beat, Balearic and New Age-music. After the 2018 EP 12” ”White Worms” on dutch label Dopneness Galore, the duo started a series of digital releases on their own imprint Weirder Discs, showing musically wider spectrum, but still very much within the Weirdest Dream sphere. 
 Before Weirdest Dream, Luciano Leiva played in rock-de-luxe group Mazarine Street and electronic outfits Meatboys and Jackpot, and Daniel Fagerström apart from being a film music composer, made music as Optic Nest and playing in The Skull Defekts.
