Based in Stratford, PEI 40-year-old Tracy Johnstone Miller is a budding singer-songwriter. She first began classical training on the piano at age seven and the flute at age fourteen. She began writing her first instrumental pieces for piano and flute at age fourteen. At the age of 32, she took up singing, guitar, ukulele and various forms of percussion for good measure. After joining the online artistic community of HitRECord in September 2013, Tracy has experimented with writing and remixing music and lyrics with artists from all around the world. Her musical additions to many pieces were included in both Season One and Season Two of “HitRECord on TV”. She was featured singing in the “In Between Moments” short film and playing flute in the “Everyday Spectacular” :60 second commercial in HitRECord partnerships with LG. Tracy was recently featured as a lead vocalist in the YouTube Originals documentary “Band Together with Logic” and the resulting music video “Do What You Love” in a collaborative partnership between HitRECord and Grammy-nominated rap artist, Logic. Tracy is currently a “Feature Curator for Audio” for the HitRECord site under the moniker “Traeidein” (pronounced Tray-din). “Artemis” is her debut EP release, in collaboration with friend and fellow Melbourne, Australia-based musician The Wistful Snail.
