Rize Michael (Lo) is an Indie Hip-Hop artist coming out of Atlanta, Georgia. Being from Omaha, Nebraska, his music often tells the deeper story of leaving his hometown. His songs portray the insecurities involved in being somewhere unfamiliar, the guilt from wanting to leave, the loves along the way, and the maturation that comes from accepting his own journey and what is required to chase his ultimate dreams. The artist, Rize Michael, attempts to paint the picture of the person he was, Michael-AngeLo. While studying to be an Astrophysicist at Georgia Tech, he went from research lab to research lab, but his mind continued to wander the wide universe of his imagination. Physics was no longer enough. Through years of confusion and drugs, the Artist was reborn. Channeling his gospel roots, poet past, and musical influences such as Kanye West and B.o.B, Lo began creating music with no boundaries. His first single to get hundreds of thousands of streams was "Crazy" as it and "Real" were placed on multiple of Spotify's editorial playlists.
