Rogue Fx is UK based Andrew Wood of the 80s synth pop group Please and 90s house music outfit Bass Value who had records released on Reaching Records, Three Beat Records and PWL After a 20 year hiatus Andrew started releasing synth-wave / retro-wave music as Rogue FX influenced by 80s synth pop and new wave. Numerous singles such as Filofax , American Dream and Don’t Talk To Strangers were released to rave reviews and have made numerous top indie blogs and radio chart top tens including two number one charting tracks. Rogue FX has also collaborated with numerous other artists including US Astronaut / DJ Dr Chrispy, the UK’s Aisle 9 and Californian dance music producer Dilemmachine The first EP from Rogue FX , The Fifth Step was released at end of August 23 and has been described as one of the best retrowave works of recent years . Rogue FX was awarded Best Electro Act at the Radio Wigwam Independent Music Awards 2024
