He is an in-demand collaborator for several top composers in Hollywood: Germaine Franco, Carlo Siliotto, Dara Taylor, Heitor Pereira, etc. As a producer, orchestrator or performer he has worked with: Diane Warren, Luis Enrique, Gustavo Dudamel, Becky G, Guaco, Alejandra Guzmán, Nella, La Vida Bohème, Carla Morrison, Ilan Chester, Anat Cohen, Servando Primera, Ralph Irizarry, Simon Bolívar Orchestra, Sofía Reyes among hundreds of artists from very different music genres. Alvaro produced, arranged and conducted on "Repeat after me" of Los Amigos Invisibles, nominated at The 58th Grammy Awards as Best Latin Rock / Alternative Album. He was the guitarist for “3rd Element”, by Luisito Quintero (Chick Corea, Richard Bona), which was nominated as Best Latin Jazz Album at The 15th Latin Grammy Awards. Paiva-Bimbo has toured five continents with his ensembles Cabijazz, Kapicúa, and Movida Acústica Urbana, producing and releasing nine records. His albums “Rock & MAU” Vol I & II led a revival of Venezuelan folklore music, playing more than four hundred concerts, and unprecedentedly bringing young audiences closer to the rich musical tradition of his native country.
