Lyon-based, Creole afro-futurists, Dowdelin champion the sounds of present day Caribbean on their divergent and danceable latest EP, Péké Viré, forthcoming this March 2023 via Underdog Records. Dowdelin explores as a tireless ever moving trailbazer a path where Creole jazz, electronic dancefloor sounds and Caribbean percussions come together to create a unique Future Kréol feeling. Dowdelin is plunging the traditions of the French West Indies into a great fountain of electronic youth glazed in jazz, in a way that few have so far. Nomade et défricheur, Dowdelin explore un chemin où s’assemblent jazz créole, dancefloor électronique et percussions antillaises pour façonner un feeling Future Kréol unique.
