JKapital (formerly Jr Daine) is a singer, songwriter, record producer, and audio engineer.
 Born and raised in Jamaica, JKapital began his musical career in 2011 performing on live television, where he competed in the Magnum Kings and Queens of Dancehall show. With the stage name Jr Daine, he released hits such as ‘Like You’ (via Reggae Rock riddim) as part of Busy Signal’s Turf Entertainment team.
 JKapital holds a degree in Audio Production from The Los Angeles Recording School. As an audio engineer, he routinely mixes live sound at top venues in Los Angeles - including the Echoplex and Ivar Theater - and works with various recording artists to mix and master their songs. As part of the film/tv production sound team at LA’s famed Harvest Studios, JKapital has contributed to network series such as ‘In the Cut’ (BounceTV network) and ‘Arnold’s Caribbean Pizza’.
