David Owens is one of the most prominent street musicians in Europe. Born in Scotland originally, then growing up in Galway, Ireland, David studied mathematics and worked as a software engineer before leaving it all behind to follow his dream. Over the past nine years he has toured extensively, and have become one of the most well-known buskers in the world, racking up millions of video views and growing large followings on social media. He has been invited to play at the top busking festivals in Europe including Buskers St Gallen in Switzerland and the Edinburgh Fringe, while also working with large corporate clients such as Volkswagen, the Marriott Group, and Pendulum Summit. Having taken time off from busking to hone his songwriting during the Covid pandemic, David is now fully focused on releasing and promoting his original music with crystal clear artist identity and intention.
