Like a movie, Blake's music features unique elements, unexpected twists and turns, and captivating climaxes. Blake’s advanced experience as a film director and editor is expressed in his music and informs all his artist content. Blake Strange emerged in Australia’s premier club scene in 2020 with performances at Club 77, The Ivy and Home Bar. He played alongside techno music icons, including Alan Fitzpatrick and Pig&Dan. In 2021, his track Shadow was released on Stil vor Talent and soared to #19 on Beatport's Electronica Top 100. In 2023, his EP, Phantom, and album, Alter Ego, was released on Jannowitz Records, firmly establishing him among the ranks of label luminaries like Alex Stein and Township Rebellion, whom he deeply admires. Blake’s music versatility and evolution was showcased in 2023 when he released his EP, Crave, on Nihil Young's Frequenza label. Blake’s success inspired his move to Berlin in 2023, where he is now based. He has since performed at some of Germany's most acclaimed clubs, including Ritter Butzke, Bahnwärter Thiel, KitKatClub and Birgit.
