Aka Callum is a rapper and producer from Oneonta, New York. Callum began releasing music in 2016, around the same time he began learning how to make beats. Hip hop artist Jwise, who would end up being a frequent collaborator, had taken interest in a couple of the beats, marking the beginning of an electric duo with an ecstatic stage presence and versatility. Some notable records between the two artists include PLATINUM STATUS, Same Clothes, and Miami. 
 After kicking things off on a professional level with Ident?ty 2, Aka Callum’s debut album Perfect B47ance showcases not only his versatile nature and lyrical skill, but it also showcases those who Callum had grown up with in Binghamton, NY, featuring artists like RJ Santacroce Aka 'Big Roy', Owen Gillette, Boag, Vito Ealy, and Jack Faucet. The album has no central subgenre, making it the “perfect balance” of all sound which represents the wants of the heart and the mind. 
 Since the release of Perfect B47ance, Aka Callum has been focused on putting together a project with the central sound of rage/hyperpop. His most recent release, I Don't Want Love Anyway, is the introduction to this new sound, which has been heavily influenced and crafted by Awal, a producer from Syracuse, NY. The two plan to push a collaborative project at some point in 2022.
