Bulgarian artist, rapper and producer known by his stage name $carecrow, was introduced to music from the age of 9. He started making his own music at 18 years of age, when he saw a YouTube video of someone making trap beats and felt compelled to try it out! His interests lie primarily in trap music, hop hop music, rap music, underground, ambient and lo-fi music. Real name Plamen Radoslavov Raev born in 1999 in Burgas, he has traveled around the world in places like the USA, Greece, Turkey and the UK, where he was introduced to a variety of cultures and sounds which have impacted his sound today. Making and listening to music prevented him from taking his own life and the reason he goes by the alias $carecrow, is due to the fact that throughout his entire life he felt like he was pushing and scaring away the people he loved (just like a scarecrow..) He struggles with depression, anxiety, split personality and often has suicidal thoughts, but he found a way to cope with those issues by putting all of his emotions, feelings and thoughts into sounds and lyrics. His ultimate goal is to help others that suffer the same issues that he has and eventually inspire them to chase their dreams and do whatever the fuck they want to do, thru his music!
